delivery details

UK mainland orders under the value of £50.00 are subject to a delivery charge of £3.95 and are generally send by first class post, orders above £50.00 include free delivery to UK mainland and are generally sent by courier.

Orders under £50.00 are normally delivered within 2-3 days however deliveries can take up to 7 days. If you wish we can upgrade it to a next day service at a cost of £7.50 however you will need to put this in the notes or call us

Orders over £50.00: We can deliver on a requested day from Monday to Friday however we cannot guarantee a time during the day. Please note we will need contact you on the land line given to arrange the delivery for orders which are not sent by recorded post. We cannot contact you by your mobile number for security reasons.

Items are marked as "in stock" if we have them on the shelf. Other items normally take 10-14 days and we will contact when goods are ready to ship if the goods are to be sent by courier and small items are sent immediately by recorded post. Should the delivery period be outside of this time period we will endeavour to contact and advise you.

UK mainland parcels are generally sent by City Link or Business Post.

We cannot guarantee a time of delivery as our couriers make delivery's between 9.00am and 6.00pm. If you won't be at home please give an alternative address where the goods can be signed for I.E. Your work address. We can arrange a Saturday or a timed delivery for an additional cost of £25.00.

Should an attempted delivery be refused or an incorrect address has been given we reserve the right to charge a delivery charge at cost.

Please note we do not supply off UK mainland. If off UK mainland you may place an order however you will need to make arrangements to collect the items from our warehouse in Tring, Hertfordshire. Off UK mainland is classed Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and all other Islands. If any faults occur warranty is valid, however you will need to return the goods to our warehouse and collect when repaired/replaced. We cannot supply to BFPO addresses.
