Baby Equipment, Damaged or incorrect items on delivery (DOA). In the event that you should receive a damaged delivery, missing items or incorrect items in your delivery you should contact us immediately in writing with full details. If you have any enquiries regarding returns then please email customer-service@groovystyle.co.uk We will endeavour to collect and despatch replacements the same day we receive notification of damaged or incorrect items. Should any item be out of stock you will be given the option of a refund, a replacement product of the same value or the option to wait until the product comes back into stock at which point it will be despatched immediately. Unwanted Items. If, for whatever reason, you do not wish
to keep your purchase, please return it unused with all its original packaging
for a refund. Any returns should be made within 7 days of receipt. Note: Should part of an order be returned
and the order then fall below the £50.00 free delivery limit a £4.99 carriage
charge will be levied. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt of goods as per Distance Selling Regulations. All return requests must be made in writing to customer-service@groovystyle.co.uk Faulty items A minimum of six month warranty is provided on all items. Some items do have a longer warranty period and this is stated on the product information page. The warranty period is six months from the date of the invoice. Please email us at customer-service@groovystyle.co.uk with pictures of the problem, your original order number and any further details and we will respond immediately. Please keep all documentation and the packaging should the item need to be returned. If you do not have the original packaging the pram will need to be packed well in a box with sufficient packaging. Should you not be able to provide a box we can send packaging out to you at a cost of £20.00. Please ensure all items are returned unless
advised. It is your responsibility to make sure all goods are properly
packed for the return and should any damage occur in transit you will
be liable for any costs should it be down to poor packaging. After 6 months, we will collect or you can return the item yourself. Should the product have a manufacturing fault the repair and return of your item will be made at no cost to you. If the fault is due to accidental damge, missues or wear and tear then you will be liable for any carriage and repair charges. Please note you will need to get authorisation for any return prior to sending the item back as it may be refused by our warehouse. General wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. All warranty return requests must be made in writing to customer-service@groovystyle.co.uk Please note if the manufacturer decides that your product was subject to misuse a charge may be made to effect any repair/replacement. Please be aware that we cannot offer a loan or replacement item whilst it is away for repair however we do endeavour to make sure that the time you are without your product is at a minimum. Maxi Cosi warranty - Two years on plastics and one year on fabrics Quinny Warranty- Two year on plastics and frame, one year on fabrics Jane Warranty - Six months iCandy - Two years for products bought after 1/1/08, one year for items bought before 1/1/08. Bebe Confort - Two year on plastics and frame, one year on fabrics Phil and Ted's - One year warranty Out n About - One year warranty Baby Jogger - One year warranty First Wheels - Six Months Icoo - Six months Goods under warranty off UK mainland Warranty is valid for goods off UK mainland however you will need to return the goods to our warehouse for repair/replacement. Incorrect pricing If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. Cancelling of orders Colours Please note all images on this site are as a representation only and may differ from the actual product received. This is due to the fact that only a limited number of colours can be shown on the internet. Should exact colours be important to you we suggest that you view the product in store before purchasing.
