Limited. t/a Groovystyle, Company Reg number 2546433. We are a family
run business and most of our staff have children, so hopefully we know
our stuff.

staff regulary attend training courses on the products we sell and we
have members of staff who have passed the car seat training courses
from Maxi Cosi.

to match any genuine offer where the goods are brand new, in stock and
ready for delivery.

customer service - If the items are out of stock when you order we aim
email you with an approximate delivery date and if that date passes
we will update you again offering alternative options (if available)
or the option to part ship or cancel the order.

aftersales - Sometimes things do go wrong but if they do we look to
get you back up and running ASAP. Initially we ask you to email
a picture and details of the problem and if it can be solved
by sending you spare parts we do so quickly. If your item needs to be
returned for repair we make all the arrangements for collection and
return to you keeping the time you are without your product to a minimum.
