Delivery options

1st class post

only for orders under £50.00 - Sent by 1st class royal mail - in stock orders placed before 3pm on a weekday will sent by 1st class royal mail. Please note deliveries are next day but may take up to 7 days.

Free courier delivery

Sent by Interlink express - normally in stock orders placed before 3pm on a weekday will sent by interlink express on a next day delivery however dependent on demand may take 2-3 days. Note orders placed on a Friday before 3pm will be delivered on a Monday.

Next day delivery

Sent by Interlink express- in stock orders placed before 3pm on a weekday will sent by interlink express on a next day delivery. Please note there is an extra charge for this service which is calculated at checkout. Note orders placed on a Friday before 3pm will be delivered on a Monday.

Next day am delivery

Sent by Interlink express- in stock orders placed before 3pm on a weekday will sent by interlink express on a Saturday delivery to be delivered before 12 noon. Please note there is an extra charge for this service which is calculated at checkout. Note orders placed on a Friday before 3pm will be delivered on a Monday.

Saturday am delivery

Sent by Interlink express- in stock orders placed before 3pm on the preceeding Friday will sent by interlink express on a Saturday delivery to be delivered before 12 noon. Please note there is an extra charge for this service which is calculated at checkout.

Please note we cannot supply outside of the UK. We also cannot take payments from cards registered outside of the UK.

UK mainland orders under the value of £50.00 are subject to a delivery charge of £4.99 and are generally send by first class post, orders above £50.00 include free delivery to UK mainland and are generally sent by courier. There are additional charges to certain areas of the UK such as Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland. Charges are calculated at the checkout when your address details are inputed.

Orders under £50.00 are normally sent by 1st class post immediately providing all items are in stock. You will be sent an email with the date that the goods were shipped. Please allow 7 days for delivery. If you haven't received the goods after 7 days please call us and we will investigate. There are occasions when the items are too big to send by post and if this is the case we will contact you to advise of any extra charges and give you the option to cancel and get a full refund.

Orders over £50.00: Providing we are delivering goods to the same address as the card holder and the goods are in stock, your order will be shipped immediately and delivery should be made within 2-3 days. You will receive an email advising you the day the goods are sent and by which service.

We have large stock holdings so the majority of orders are delivered from stock however if you place an order and the items are not in stock we will email you to advise of the delay and give you the option to cancel the order. Any delivery service selected is dependent on stock holdings. Some items show approximate delivery dates in working days.

UK mainland parcels are generally sent by interlink..

Any urgent orders with either Next day, AM or Saturday deliveries must be made before 3pm and goods are sent to the card holders address only. If in doubt please call us on 01442 872888 for more information.

Should an attempted delivery be refused or an incorrect address has been given we reserve the right to make a delivery charge at cost.

Should you not be available when the goods are attempted to be delivered, a card will be left by the couriers with a contact number for you to either re-arrange the delivery to the same address on a convenient day or the option to collect from your local depot. We can also re-arrange delivery to a different address if you wish however please note there is a £10.00 charge to do this.

If you do not re-arrange the delivery with the couriers and the goods are returned to us there will be a £15.00 charge to cover the costs of the boxes being returned to us and a £10.00 charge to re-send the goods out again to you.

If after the goods have been returned to us you cancel the order we reserve the right to charge the couriers costs in returning the product to us. This is normally £15.00 for the first box and £10.00 for each subsequent box.

Our couriers are unable to leave a parcel without a signature however they can leave with a neighbour if instructed.

All shortages and problems must be reported to our sales team within 48 hours of rec

Privacy & Security

The privacy policy forms part of the agreement between us, and by purchasing goods from our site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the agreement between us. You also give your consent to the way we may handle your personal data in the way stated in this policy statement. Groovystyle will not use this data, or disclose it to any other party, either during registration or at any other time, without your express permission, given during registration or at some other time. We may, however, disclose this data if compelled to do so by law, or in response to a valid request (deemed at our absolute discretion) from a law enforcement or government agency. We may also contact you in respect of special offers or competitions.

To provide a service that meets our customer needs, we may collect personal data relating to the popularity and usage of particular aspects of the site. However this data will be used or aggregated only on an anonymous basis.

How we protect your data

We use cookies for each session, so you don’t have to re-enter it each time you make a purchase. We also use cookies to track how our site operates and how it is used.

Returns & Replacements

In the event that you should receive a damaged delivery or incorrect items in your delivery you should contact us immediately with full details. If you have any enquiries regarding returns then please email returns@groovystyle.co.uk

Damaged or incorrect items on delivery (DOA).

We will collect and despatch replacements the same day we receive notification of damaged or incorrect items. Should any item be out of stock you will be given the option of a refund, a replacement product of the same value or the option to wait until the product comes back into stock at which point it will be despatched immediately.

We will endeavour to collect and despatch replacements the same day we receive notification of damaged or incorrect items. Should any item be out of stock you will be given the option of a refund, a replacement product of the same value or the option to wait until the product comes back into stock at which point it will be despatched immediately.

Unwanted Items.

If, for whatever reason, you do not wish to keep your purchase, please return it unused with all its original packaging for a refund. Any returns should be made within 7 working days of receipt. 

NOTE: Once the item has been used we cannot accept it back.

NOTE: We will not refund your costs in sending the product back to us or our original shipping cost in sending the product to you in this case. If you wish us to collect an item the cost will be £25.00 for the first box + £5.00 for each additional box.

Note: Should part of an order be returned and the order then fall below the £50.00 free delivery limit a £4.99 carriage charge will be levied.

Note: Should a delivery be attempted and the goods are returned to us, there will be an charge at cost for re-delivery or the return of the delivery to us should you subsequently cancel your order.

Note: All returns must be made within 7 working days of receipt of your order. We cannot accept returns after this time.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt of goods as per Distance Selling Regulations.

Ordering

In return for the excellent service we will give you, we ask that you agree to register for Groovystyle sales using your correct name, address and any other requested details. You may be asked to enter credit, debit or charge card details. You must ensure that (a) you are fully entitled to use that card at the time when you provide those details to Groovystyle, and when you use the card, and b) the card has available funds to cover all charges incurred on it in the course of buying from us. If any of the information you enter becomes incorrect or is superseded, then please notify us with the corrected information immediately.

Please note that your order is only accepted once goods are dispatched.
