Please note we do not ship outside of the UK.
1st class post
only for orders under £50.00 and items small enough to send by post - Sent by 1st class royal mail - in stock orders placed before 3pm on a weekday will sent by 1st class royal mail. Please note deliveries are normally delivered the next day but may take up to 7 working days. Please note some items are too heavy or big to send by post in which case it will default to the standard courier delivery.
Courier delivery
Sent by DPD Local - normally in stock orders placed before 3pm on a weekday will sent by DPD Local on a next day delivery however dependent on demand may take 2-3 working days. Note orders placed on a Friday before 3pm will be delivered on the next working day normally a Monday, however please take into account bank holidays.Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be sent on the next working day (normally Monday) for delivery the next working day (normally Tuesday).
Free courier delivery over £50.00

Next day delivery

Next day am delivery
Sent by DPD Local - in stock orders placed before 3pm on a weekday will sent by DPD Local on a Saturday delivery to be delivered before 12 noon. Please note there is an extra charge for this service which is calculated at checkout. Note orders placed on a Friday before 3pm will be delivered on the next working day normally a Monday, however please take into account bank holidays. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be sent on the next working day (normally Monday) for delivery the next working day (normally Tuesday).
Saturday am delivery
Sent by DPD Local - in stock orders placed before 3pm on the preceeding Friday will sent by interlink express on a Saturday delivery to be delivered before 12 noon. Please note there is an extra charge for this service which is calculated at checkout.
Sunday delivery
Sent by DPD Local - in stock orders placed before 3pm on the preceeding Friday will sent by interlink express on a Sunday delivery to be delivered between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Please note there is an extra charge for this service which is calculated at checkout.
One hour delivery window
DPD Local offer a one our delviery slot service. On the scheduled day of your delivery you will get an SMS text message or email detailing an hours slot when your items will be delivered. If you are not going to be in you can respond and alter the delivery to a different day.
Further delivery information
Please note we cannot supply outside of the UK. We also cannot take payments from cards registered outside of the UK.
UK mainland orders under the value of £50.00 are subject to a delivery charge of £4.99 and are generally send by first class post (Please note some items are too heavy or big to send by post in which case it will default to the standard courier delivery), orders above £50.00 include free delivery to UK mainland and are generally sent by courier. There are additional charges to certain areas of the UK such as Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland. Charges are calculated at the checkout when your address details are inputed. Sorry but we do not delivery to the Channel islands.
Orders under £50.00 are normally sent by 1st class post immediately providing all items are in stock. You will be sent an email with the date that the goods were shipped. Please allow 7 days for delivery. If you haven't received the goods after 7 days please call us and we will investigate. There are occasions when the items are too big or heavy to send by post and if this is the case we will contact you to advise of any extra charges and give you the option to cancel and get a full refund.
Orders over £50.00: Providing we are delivering goods to the same address as the card holder and the goods are in stock, your order will be shipped immediately and delivery is normally next working day. You will receive an email advising you the day the goods are sent and by which service.
Delivery lead times
We have large stock holdings so the majority of orders are delivered from stock immediately, however if you place an order and the items are not in stock we will email you to advise of the delay and give you the option to cancel the order. Any delivery service selected is dependent on stock holdings. Some items show approximate delivery dates in working days.
Part Ship
Please note orders are not shipped unless the order is complete. You do however have the option to part ship an order, although there may be an additional charge for the extra delivery. If you wish to do this please reply to the email we send and we can advise of the cost.
Missed deliveries
Should an attempted delivery be refused or an incorrect address has been given we reserve the right to make a delivery charge at cost.
Should you not be available when the goods are attempted to be delivered, a card will be left by the couriers with a contact number for you to either re-arrange the delivery to the same address on a convenient day or the option to collect from your local depot. We can also re-arrange delivery to a different address if you wish however please note there is a £10.00 charge to do this.
If you do not re-arrange the delivery with the couriers and the goods are returned to us there will be a £15.00 charge to cover the costs of the boxes being returned to us and a £10.00 charge to re-send the goods out again to you.
If after the goods have been returned to us you cancel the order we reserve the right to charge the couriers costs in returning the product to us. This is normally £15.00 for the first box and £10.00 for each subsequent box.
Our couriers are unable to leave a parcel without a signature, however they can leave with a neighbour if instructed.
Damaged or missing items
We request when you receive your order, to check your delivery and inform us immediately of any issues. All shortages, damages and problems must be reported to our sales team within 48 hours of receipt. After this we cannot guarantee we will be able to help.
If you notice damage to a parcel you can either reject it and give it back to the courier or sign for it damaged.
